Executive Medical offers compounded semaglutide, a GLP-1 medication, to our patients, which is legally allowed due to semaglutide listed on the FDA shortage list as of this writing (June 2023). Compounding pharmacies play a vital role in the US healthcare system, as they have the capability to create medications from raw materials, enabling them to customize the dosage for each patient.

With compounded semaglutide, the dosage can be incrementally adjusted, providing a flexible approach to treatment. Executive Medical only works with legitimate pharmacies that are in alliance with the goals of Alliance of Pharmacy Compounding, regulated by the state Board of Pharmacy, and have frequent inspections for sterile processing.
